My journey began with a passion for health, food and movement – but it wasn’t until I experienced my own physical and mental transformation through consistent training and mindful nutrition – that it blossomed into something profound.
Driven by a deep curiosity about the human body’s potential, I’ve dedicated myself to learning everything I can about optimal health and wellness.
I founded Encompass in 2020 and now my greatest fulfilment comes from guiding others to discover their own sustainable path to vibrant living.
