At Encompass, we have a range of programs and services on offer to guide you on your journey towards optimal health and vitality. Seamlessly integrating education, coaching and community, our philosophy centres around four fundamental pillars: nutrition, exercise, strength and wellness. We understand that all aspects of health and wellness are interconnected; sustainable results can only be achieved when these aspects are operating in harmony – that’s where Encompass comes in.

There are a multitude of ways to manipulate our diet to achieve our health and wellness goals, whatever they may be.

Encompass uses a variety of tools with clients, such as nutrition and meal plans, calorie and macronutrient tracking, food diaries, healthy habit targets and more based on your preferences and goals.

  • EXERCISE

We believe that movement is key to a healthy, vibrant life. Encompass encourages a balance of exercise, such as progressive strength training, playing sport (if that is your thing), cardiovascular (cardio) workouts, pilates or yoga, walking and any other forms of physical activity you enjoy.

We guide clients on what variety of exercise will best suit their goals, and ensure their nutrition supports optimal performance.

  • STRENGTH

Encompass values progression, and strength is something that we love to see our clients progress in - both physically in the gym and mentally through mindset work & education. It takes strength to embark on a journey towards optimal health, and strength is something we can always continue to develop.

  • WELLNESS

We can have the ideal nutrition plan and training program, but optimising our lifestyle is vital in achieving and sustaining our desired outcomes. Adequate sleep, hydration, positive mental attitude, stress management, recovery and self care are all key components of wellness that we touch on in our programs.
