The Encompass Movement is a subscription based training program that is periodised, science-backed and focused on optimising exercise technique for optimal results.
You’ll train four times a week, for no more than 60 minutes each session. TEM clients have been getting incredible results - this is too good not to share!

You’ll get:

Your program is written by Jaymee, an accredited Exercise Scientist and Anita who is Jaymee’s mum and a highly experienced personal trainer for over a decade.
The program is four sessions a week (including variations which can be completed at home) focusing on building your strength, muscle and improving your posture.
It is tried and tested women like you, for proven results!

After your first six-week training block you can continue with your subscription and receive a new program every six weeks, designed for continual results

Meet your coaches,
Jaymee and Anita
We are a mother-daughter duo with over 20 years of combined industry experience. We've tried everything, from intense six-day-a-week 'bro split' programs to fitspo gym exercises, group fitness classes, cardio protocols, and ab workouts. Despite our intense efforts, the changes to our body composition were often disappointing and left us feeling sore and tired.
However, as we delved into the latest research, learned from industry leaders, and tested different training protocols, we discovered an efficient training structure that yielded remarkable results. This method improved body composition, posture, strength, and quality of life for us, and the women who trialled it.
This discovery was too valuable not to share, leading to the creation of The Encompass Movement. Every six weeks, we design a comprehensive training program that includes four sessions, each around an hour long. These programs, designed for continued progression and optimal results, are the by-product of our combined experience and strategies proven effective for women aged 20-65+. We're thrilled to share this with you! It's all about maximising your time in the gym and helping you see genuine results.
